Hey there loves! I’ve been thinking for a while now to publish a weight loss series, and here is the first one today in the line of that. Easy-to-make weight loss smoothies!

Weight loss is a true struggle. We all know this fact. You need to have a genuine control on your cravings first and then start the journey. But when you look out, there are many healthy ways that help you cover your sweet cravings without adding those bad calories that we all hate.

One of the ways that I’m talking about here is to replace one of your meals with healthy weight loss smoothies, to help you lose weight, and at the same time provide you with all the awesome nutrients.

Smoothies are LOVE! I mean, what’s not in there to love them? They are delicious, they cover your bad cravings, they are packed with healthy nutrients, and most importantly, they have endless options to be made.

Okay, so let’s get started with what you came here for: Recipes to delicious, easy-to-make healthy smoothies to aid in your weight loss journey. You can always add anything that you want, or remove an ingredient if you don’t like it. The options are UNLIMITED! Play around with your taste buds!

1: Banana and Plum Smoothie:

My all time favorite! I can never ever get over the deliciousness of this smoothie. It’s yummy, quick, light, easy to make, and of course, and amazing replacement to a meal.

Bananas are known to provide instant energy. They also give a feeling of fullness for long and help you avoid overeating. They also contain fiber, the best friend to your gut health.

Same goes for plum. It is packed with fiber and makes you feel full for long hours, which aids in weight loss. Bananas and plum are, therefore, a great combination as they serve the same purpose.

How to Make the Smoothie:

Ingredients:

2 medium-sized bananas

2 plums

1 cup unsweetened almond milk

Throw everything in the blender and blend. Blend till bananas give that creamy texture that you can NOT resist. I also love the color of this darling drink, and I am sure you will too.

Next? Pour it out in a glass jar and enjoy!

2: Fruit and Veggie Smoothie:

Okay, so here comes the option where you can play around with the ingredients. Let me list the fruits and veggies here and you can choose the ones you like to include in your custom smoothie. Also, it’s upto you to choose between plain Greek yogurt and almond milk to add to the smoothie.

Fruits:

Strawberries

Blueberries

Pineapple

Peach

Plum

Banana

Kiwi

Mango

Veggies:

Spinach

Carrots

Cucumber

Get anything you can get your hands on and put them in the blender. Blend, serve and enjoy!

3: Green Smoothie:

Green smoothies tend to be fitness freaks’ favorites. For some reason, green smoothies make you lose weight much faster than any other smoothie. They might not taste as delightful as fruit smoothies do, but hey! you want to burn that fat right?

How to make the smoothie:

Ingredients:

A handful of spinach

2 bananas

2 pineapple slices and some pineapple juice

Honey

Plain Greek yogurt

You know what to do next. Yes. Blend, and let the nutrition flow through you.

4: Banana and strawberry smoothie:

We just mentioned about the wonders of bananas for your gut health and how it aids in weight loss. So here it is again.

Strawberries also serve the same purpose. They’re rich in fiber and very low in calories. So a must-have for your weight loss journey. Plus I tell you what, it tastes GREAT!

How to make the smoothie:

Ingredients:

A handful of strawberries

2 bananas

A glass of almond milk

Blend everything and you’re ready with a delicious jar of goodness!
